September 11, 2023

We are pleased to welcome Martijn Keesmaat as commercial director at Bus Whisky. Martijn was previously commercial director of Hooghoudt in Groningen. His passion for the whisky world makes that he now leaves the far North for our whisky distillery in Brabant.

Martijn brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in beverage marketing and distribution. In addition to Hooghoudt, he previously worked at Heineken and Pernod Ricard, where he was marketing manager for the entire whisky portfolio. His ability to grow brands is of great value in the growth phase Bus is in.

Martijn shares our passion for sustainability and creating exceptional whiskies. Whiskies that tell stories that reflect the soul of Bus. With Martijn on board, we can further expand and strengthen our position in the whisky market.

We are looking forward to this beautiful and also exciting journey with Martijn at the helm. Together we will explore new markets and develop innovative strategies to take Bus Whisky to new heights. We toasted this morning to a promising future full of great whiskies and inspiring collaborations!
