Gold for Russian Imperial Stout
September 06, 2023

Bus Whisky's Russian Imperial Stout finish won a gold medal at the Asia Wine & Spirits Challenge 2023 in Hong-Kong - one of Asia's most important wine and spirit competitions.

This new finish from the Bus Whisky stable was reviewed by Asian whisky buyers. The award is the result of an extensive judging process, which included key experts from the Far East. Master Distiller Marcel van Roessel of Bus Whisky is delighted: "This medal is another important milestone. Asia is a fast-growing market for whiskey, and this medal is going to have a positive impact and help export Bus Whisky to Asia."

The 2023 event saw a record number of entries from 12 countries.
