Head of Service (38 hours per week) at Bus Whisky Restaurant

Your Role: As Head of Service at Bus Whisky, you are the driving force behind our restaurant. You will take charge and have the responsibility to take our restaurant to greater heights. You will have the opportunity to make your mark in an innovative company known for its sustainable and artisanal approach.

What will you do?

  • Managing your team: You motivate and lead your team with enthusiasm, ensure a positive working atmosphere and optimal cooperation.

  • Supervise and coach: You provide support and training to employees to improve their skills and knowledge.

  • Planning and organizing: You create efficient work schedules and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

  • Point of Contact: You will act as the central point of contact for both employees and guests, ensuring excellent communication and service.

  • Head of Hospitality/Restaurant: You will be responsible for the overall management of the restaurant, including inventory management, quality control and compliance with health and safety regulations.

What do we expect from you?

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the hospitality industry, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Knowledge of wines is a plus.

  • Affinity with Dutch Cuisine and sustainability.

  • Good command of the Dutch language; command of English and German is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational and management skills.

  • Living in the region of Uden, Oss, Veghel, Eindhoven, Den Bosch, Nijmegen, Heesch, Heeswijk-Dinther, Loosbroek or Nistelrode is a plus.
