Management assistant & sales inside sales (full-time)

As a management assistant and inside sales associate at Bus Whisky Distillers, you will play a crucial role in our company by assisting with both administrative tasks and promoting our sales activities. You will report to the commercial director.

Your responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:
- Manage and organize the agenda of the management team.
- Process and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation.

2. Customer Oriented Sales Inside Sales:
- Support the sales team in preparing and following up on quotes and sales orders.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to coordinate orders and answer any questions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat sales.

3. Inventory Management and Logistics Coordination:
- Manage inventory of our whisky products and ensure timely replenishments.
- Coordinate logistics for shipping orders and ensure efficient delivery to customers.

4. Support for Events and Promotions:
- Assist in the organization and execution of events and promotional activities.
- Help coordinate tastings and other marketing initiatives.

5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate reports and analysis related to sales and inventory data.
- Provide input for decision making based on collected data.

Prerequisites:

- Work experience in a relevant field.
- Experience in administrative support and/or inside sales is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with the whiskey or beverage industry is a plus.
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite.
