Getting creative with beautiful, fresh, local produce in a fun team. Direct contact with farmers and producers. A lot of freedom in thinking up and developing dishes and the menu. A great diversity in activities because of allthee different activities that take place in our company, such as various culinary workshops anthede local products we make and develop. About our restaurant
A whisky distillery traditionally has its own tasting room. But at Bus Whisky, Taste Local also stands for enjoying local produce with farm-to-table cuisine. Bus Whisky's charming and tastefully decorated farm-to-table restaurant has a menu featuring almost exclusively local produce, as well as a beautiful green menu with a generous vegetable and gluten-free selection. In addition to the house-fired whiskey, most ofthee beers and soft drinks on our beverage menu are brewed and bottled on our own farmTheDe wines on our wine list are all sourced the de Netherlands and from Dutch vintners 'outthef de country'.

Regional products
Most dishes on the menu indicate from which farmer inthee neighborhoothede ingredients come. And in addition to home brewed beers and self-bottled soft drinks, we also have exclusively home distilled eau-de-vie and liqueurs. We even have our own coffee roasting facility. the de wish list is another own tea plantationthen de farm. Then our restaurant would be completely self-sufficient in terms of beverages.
